   I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this question, but it's the closest topic to my query. I have a neighbor that doesn't keep up their yard/home. It's not that the grass in the front gets too tall, but it is strewn with debris. There's currently a tv screen-side down in the front yard. Who do I get in touch with to complain about this? I wrote a letter to the owner according to tax records, but they have moved and the new address has not been updated. Help please :O

	Try the Building Commissioner's office, they have a Representative, that actually travels around looking at properties, for violations, that include outside storage, and condition of the surrounding property. I do not think that anyone at the ciry is responsible for monitoring these sites, so I hope this helps. Herb Garden

	Thank you very much! I was sort of suspicious that the site may not be monitored either. As it turned out, the TV was thankfully gone when I returned form work today. Who knows what lie (literally) down the road. I appreciate your advice.
