Double and Triple sewage bills???

   I would like to know how retired people, those on fixed incomes, and young folk starting out are supposed to be able to pay the horribly high new sewer rates?  If they are already scrambling for money to pay for food, meds, and what they have to have how are they supposed to come up with that?
And why do they have to?  It shouldn't be dumped on the citizens who have already paid their dues.  You pay for your house, you work 40 years, serve in the service then have to pay double and triple for your sewage.
So that leaves out planting a garden too.  Cause your sewage rates will go up.  Who pays the EPA's wages? And those who voted this crap in?  We do.  Who is standing up for us.  NO ONE!.
I got one of the lovely lein letters.  Had to get the money together to pay.  I have lived here for 30 years.  
I am disabled and my husband makes half of what he did.  This is causing terrible hardship on people.  
It needs to be taken care of another way not laid on the backs of those already hurting.
