The following represents the 2026 regular meeting schedule of the City of Jeffersonville boards and commissions as of January 1, 2026. All schedules listed below are subject to change. Please note that it is up to the staff and/or legal counsel of individual boards or commissions to notify the media and public of changes in meeting dates or of special meetings.
NOTE: Unless otherwise stated, all meetings are scheduled to take place in City Hall, located at 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana
Board of Public Works and Safety: 9:30 am each Wednesday in the Mayor’s Conference Room
Board of Zoning Appeals: 6:30 pm or following the conclusion of the Planning Commission, whichever is later, on the last Tuesday of each month in Room 101, City Council Chambers. The meeting for the month of November will be held on December 1, 2026. There will be no additional meetings in the month of December 2026
Building Authority: 9:00 am on the second Tuesday of each month in the Building Commission Second Floor Conference Room
City Council: 6:00 pm on the first and third Monday of each month in Room 101, City Council Chambers. The 2nd meeting in the month of January will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The 2nd meeting in the month of February will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The 1st meeting in the month of September will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026
City Pride: 9:30 am on the first and third Tuesday of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room
Jeffersonville-Clarksville Flood Control: 10:30 am on the last Friday of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room. The meeting in the month of November will be held on Friday, November 20, 2026. The meeting for the month of December will be held on Friday, December 18, 2026
Drainage Board: 5:30 pm on the first and third Tuesday of each month in Room 101, City Council Chambers
Special Events Planning Board: 10:00 am on the first Tuesday of each month in the Building Commission Second Floor Conference Room. There will be no meeting in the month of November
Fire Merit Commission: 6:00 pm on the first Thursday of each month in Room 101, City Council Chambers. The meeting for the month of January will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026
Public Arts: 5:30 pm on the second Monday of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room. The meeting for the month of October will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Historic Preservation Commission: 5:30 pm on the second Monday of each month in the Building Commission Second Floor Conference Room. The meeting for the month of October will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026. There is no meeting scheduled for the month of December
Parks Authority: 5:00 pm on the fourth Monday of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room. The Meeting for the month of May will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 5:00 pm. The Meeting for the month of October will be held on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 5:00 pm
Economic Development: Meets only when meeting called, generally two to three times per year. All 2026 meetings will be posted in advance per Indiana’s Public Access Laws
Plan Commission: 5:30 pm on the last Tuesday of each month in Room 101, City Council Chambers. The meeting for the month of November will be held on December 1, 2026. There will be no additional meetings in the month of December 2026
Police Merit Commission: 5:00 pm on the second Tuesday of each month in Room 101, City Council Chambers
Redevelopment Authority: Meets only when meeting called, generally two to three times per year. All 2026 meetings will be posted in advance per Indiana’s Public Access Laws
Redevelopment Commission: 4:00 pm on the last Wednesday of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room. The meeting in the month of April will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The meeting for the month of November will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026. The meeting for the month of December will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2026
Revolving Loan Committee/Restaurant Forgivable Loan Committee: Meets only when meeting called, generally two to three times per year. All 2026 meetings will be posted in advance per Indiana’s Public Access Laws
Sanitary Sewer Board: 3:00 pm on the first and third Thursday of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room. The meetings for the month of January, 2026 will be held on Thursday, January 8, 2026 and Thursday, January 22, 2026.
Tree Board-4:00 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Building Commission Second Floor Conference Room
Urban Enterprise Association: 5:00 pm on the second Wednesday of each month in the Mayor’s Conference Room
