February 16th, 2021 Sewer Rate Public Hearing
Property owners, ratepayers, and other interested parties in or served or to be served by the Sewage Works of the City of Jeffersonville (“City”) held on February 16, 2021. At a meeting of the City Council to be held at 7:00 p.m., on February 16, 2021, in the City Hall, Room 101, 500 Quartermaster Court in Jeffersonville, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of the rates and charges. At such hearing and prior to adoption of the proposed Ordinance, all interested parties may appear and be heard. A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be examined at the office of the Controller and online at www.cityofjeff.net. In accordance with Executive Orders from Governor Holcomb, the aforementioned public hearing will be available live on the City of Jeffersonville Facebook at which time comments may be submitted on that platform during the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the City Clerk no later than Noon on February 12, 2021, by delivering such comments to Lisa Gill, City Clerk, Suite 156, City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, IN 47130. Citizens wishing to present oral comments in person must notify the City Clerk at the above address at least 24 hours before the hearing, in order that social distancing accommodations may be made for those in attendance due to COVID-19.
