NOTICE OF HEARING ON ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP
DESIGNATION OF A CERTAIN TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2100 BLOCK OF ASTER DRIVE AND FULLY DESCRIBED IN ATTACHED EXHIBIT A FROM M2 (MEDIUM DENSITY MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO R3 (OLD CITY RESIDENTIAL)
Notice is hereby given that the City of Jeffersonville has filed an Ordinance with the Jeffersonville City Council, Jeffersonville, Indiana asking for a change in the zoning map designation of a certain tract of property located at 2100 Block of Aster Drive as recommended by the Plan Commission from M2-Medium Density Multi-Family Residential to R3-Old City Residential.
In accordance with Executive Orders from Governor Holcomb, the public hearing will be available live on the City of Jeffersonville Facebook on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 7:00 pm at which time comments may be submitted on that platform during the public hearing.
Written comments must be submitted to the City Clerk by noon on April 30, 2021, by delivering such comments to Lisa Gill, City Clerk, Suite 156, City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. Citizens wishing to present oral comments in person must notify the City Clerk at the above address at least 24 hours before the hearing, in order that social distancing accommodations may be made for those in attendance due to COVID-19.
