NOTICE OF HEARING ON ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING MAP
DESIGNATION OF A CERTAIN TRACT OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 100 BLOCK OF HAMMONS LANE AND FULLY DESCRIBED IN ATTACHED EXHIBIT A FROM R1/R2 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO M2
(MEDIUM SCALE MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
Notice is hereby given that the City of Jeffersonville has filed an Ordinance with the Jeffersonville City Council, Jeffersonville, Indiana asking for a change in the zoning map designation of a certain tract of property located in the 100 Block of Hammons Lane as recommended by the Plan Commission from R1/R2-Single Family Residential to M2-Medium Scale Multi-Family Residential.
A public hearing will be held on October 4, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 1st floor, City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Room 101, Jeffersonville, Indiana at which time and place all interested persons will be heard in reference to the matters set out in said ordinance. The Meeting will also be live streamed on the City of Jeffersonville Facebook page.
Written comments must be submitted to the City Clerk by noon on Friday, October 1, 2021, by delivering such comments to Lisa Gill, City Clerk, Suite 156, City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130. Citizens wishing to present oral comments in person must notify the City Clerk at the above address at least 24 hours before the hearing, in order that social distancing accommodations may be made for those in attendance due to COVID-19.
