An executive session of the Jeffersonville, Indiana, Sanitary Sewer Board will be held at the Mayor’s Conference Room at Jeffersonville City Hall at 500 Quartermaster Ct, Jeffersonville, IN on the 5th day of May at 2:30 o’clock PM, as authorized by Indiana Code §5-14-1.5-6.1, so that the members of the Sanitary Sewer Board can discuss matters related to pending or threatened litigation affecting the Sewer Utility.
