Notice is hereby given that the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana (the “City”), by and through the Jeffersonville Parks Department, will accept proposals until at 10 a.m. on December 19, 2022, for the following:
Request for Proposal (RFP) for Alcohol Beverage Concession at Riverstage for 2023 Season
RFP Packets for Operator of Riverstage Alcohol Beverage Concession for 2023 Season, with the minimum requirements and specifications, will be available starting on December 1, 2022 in the office of the City Clerk, Lisa Gill, 500 Quartermaster Court, Suite 156, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am through 4:00 p.m. or at www.cityofjeff.net
The Jeffersonville Parks Department and the Parks Authority Board specifically reserve the right to reject any and all proposals or negotiate with any proposer/applicant.
Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of cost, quality of the service, experience and other criteria as stated in the RFP packet.

All proposals must be filed no later than December 19, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the office of the Clerk, Suite 156, City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130.
Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 5:30 pm local time, on December 19, 2022, at the Parks Authority Board meeting in the Mayor’s conference room at City Hall Suite 251, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
A recommendation will be made to the Parks Authority Board on January 23, 2023 at the same location.
