Notice is hereby given that the City of Jeffersonville has filed an Ordinance with the Jeffersonville City Council for a change in the zoning map designation of a certain tract of property located at 4010 East 10th Street as recommended by the Plan Commission from C2 (Commercial Large Scale) and PD (Planned Development) to C1 (Commercial Medium Scale).
A public hearing will be held on February 6 at 7 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
