Mayor Mike Moore joined city officials and developers to celebrate the groundbreaking of Jeffersonville’s newest neighborhood, Springdale Meadow, located at 61 Louise Street. The project represents a significant investment in the community and promises to provide high-quality, affordable housing options for families in the area.
Springdale Meadow will feature 10 beautiful new homes, available this fall, with prices starting at $260,000.
The new development will offer prospective homeowners three-bedroom, two-bath homes, each featuring a two-car garage, granite countertops, and a covered back patio. Local developer, Cedar Grove Builders is behind this development.
