Notice is hereby given that the City of Jeffersonville has filed an Ordinance with the Jeffersonville City Council asking for a change in the zoning map designation of a certain tract of property located at 2801 Utica-Sellersburg Road as recommended by the Plan Commission from I1 (Business Park/Light Industrial) to R3 (Single Family Residential-Small Lot)
A public hearing will be held on Monday, July 6, at 6 p.m. in City Council Chambers.
