The Jeffersonville Tree Board is a public board of the City, which is rooted in the local community. We:
Advocate with the city for trees in parks, schoolyards and community spaces
Educate the public about native species, tree selection, placement, planting and care on private property
Mobilize the community to assist with tree planting
Collaborate with civic organizations, schools, churches and local volunteers in our community
Inspire adding beauty, value and a healthy environment for the whole community

Tree Memorial Program:
The Tree Memorial Program is a great way to honor a significant person or a special occasion by creating a lasting legacy in the form of a newly planted tree. With a $1,000 donation to the Jeffersonville Tree Board, we will work with you to select and plant a tree in one of our parks or other municipal properties. The donation covers the cost of purchasing and planting the tree, plus a small memorial plaque. The remaining funds support the continuing work of the Jeffersonville Tree Board.
