While the City of Jeffersonville has returned to virtual public meetings due to the rise in COVID cases in Clark County, the city still wants to ensure that citizens have sufficient opportunity to participate in the upcoming Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings on Tuesday, January 25, 2021 at 6 p.m. The meetings will be held remotely and streamed LIVE at www.cityofjeff.net, but the public wanting to express their opinion or concerns on any docket matter may:
1. Address a letter to the Planning Department to email@example.com which will be read into the record at the meeting; or
2. Address the Plan Commission and/or BZA in real time through a web portal and camera set up in the City Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall at 500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, Indiana (The city will encourage masks be worn or adequate social distancing for those attending in person).
