Please be advised that the City of Jeffersonville (“City”), by and through its Board of Public Works and Safety (“Board”), has acquired the real estate and property located at 2309 Woodland Court in Jeffersonville, Indiana pursuant to I.C. 32-24-2 et seq. The Board has awarded damages in the sum of $24,220.35 for the affected property.
The Board will receive and hear remonstrances with regard to the amount of damages award at its meeting on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor’s Conference Room on the 2nd floor of City Hall at 500 Quartermaster Court in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
