Ports of Indiana – Jeffersonville: The Port of Indiana in Jeffersonville is the fastest growing port on an inland waterway. It is has a total of 1,057 acre and is located on the Ohio River with easy access to both roads and railways. The site has also been designated a Foreign Trade Zone.
Quartermaster Station: This retail and office space is located just off I-65 exit 1 near the heart of Jeffersonville.
River Ridge Commerce Center: River Ridge sits on 6,000 acres of land that fronts 4-lane Indiana Highway 62. The office park is both an Indiana Urban Enterprise Zone and a foreign enterprise zone. River Ridge will soon be connected to Louisville upon completion of the East End Bridge
Silver Creek Business Park: Silver Creek Business Park offers 8 tracks in the northwest corner of Jeffersonville, with the biggest track being approximately 25 acres. The park is zoned for light industrial businesses.
America Place Business Park: America Place is an 85 acre business park that currently houses 25 businesses. The location is ideal for printing, manufacturing, storage, office and distribution operations.

North Port Business Centre: North Port provides tracks up to 26 acres, with lake front views, and underground utilities already in place.
Keystone Industrial Park: Keystone offers 12 lots on a total of 70 acres, just ¼ mile from I-265.
Jeffersonville Industrial Park: Jeffersonville Industrial Park offers 16 tracks for industries, and is only ¼ mile from I-65.
North Shore Office Park: This area offers over 14,000 square feet of office space.
Water Tower Square: Located at Exit 0 off I-65, this office park offers 28.5 total acres with 400,000 square feet of space for office, retail and industrial uses.
Youngstown Shopping Center: Located in a high traffic area with a daily traffic count of over 30,000, this shopping center offers 178,000 square feet of retail or office space.
Jeffersonville Town Center: When completed this area will be an open air with mixed office, retail and hotel space. It is located directly off I-65 just 3 miles north of Louisville, with Veterans Parkway connecting it to New Albany and Clarksville, IN. It will feature 1,100,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space with 125,000 people in the primary trade area north of the Ohio River.
