It is has a total of 1,057 acre and is located on the Ohio River with easy access to both roads and railways. The site has also been designated a Foreign Trade Zone.

The office park is both an Indiana Urban Enterprise Zone and a foreign enterprise zone. River Ridge will soon be connected to Louisville upon completion of the East End Bridge

Jeffersonville Town Center: When completed this area will be an open air with mixed office, retail and hotel space. It is located directly off I-65 just 3 miles north of Louisville, with Veterans Parkway connecting it to New Albany and Clarksville, IN. It will feature 1,100,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space with 125,000 people in the primary trade area north of the Ohio River.
